...my passion for hospitality started at a young age in Italy, working at Augustus Hotel in Forte dei Marmi and Hotel Majestic in Bologna. Upon finishing hospitality school in Castel San Pietro Terme ( nearby Bologna ) my professional journey has taken me ( I had a one way ticket and only 2 nights booked at Heathrow T.5 hotel ) to London where I' ve been working at Zafferano in Knightsbridge and Petrus by G. Ramsay in Belgravia...once back in my Country, after 4 years, I took a diploma such as AIES in Bologna and ASPI in Milano for wines while I was studying at DAMS...now I' m focused on the ASI diploma, but in the meantime I keep on working in restaurants and the leitmotiv.wine which is a very exclusive website, knowing that "to built" means hard work+perseverance+learning and a mixture of sacrifice+studying and love...when I' m free I spend my precious time with my everlasting love H.F. seeking for what to do next...
